We are looking for a Clinical Mental Health Counselor Intern to join our team and provide professional counseling services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field; and a desire to gain experience in providing individual, group, and family therapy. The successful candidate will be able to assess the needs of clients and develop appropriate treatment plans, as well as provide support and guidance to help clients reach their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions.
- Assess and diagnose mental health issues.
- Develop treatment plans based on individual needs.
- Conduct assessments to determine appropriate interventions.
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress.
- Refer clients to other services or resources as needed.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship
Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
