Come work with one of the best culinary teams in the Lowcountry. Wexford Hilton Head is seeking a motivated and experienced Full-Time Line Cook to assist in food preparation and presentation for members and guests in the dining room, private events, and club functions. This role supports a high-quality, efficient kitchen operation while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing menu items according to established recipes and standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation. This role works closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to ensure consistent quality and smooth service during all dining operations.
Prepare and cook a variety of menu items including meats, poultry, and seafood using grilling, broiling, and sauté techniques.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of all menus and preparation procedures.
Set up and maintain clean, organized, and efficient workstations.
Assist with receiving deliveries, checking product quality, and ensuring proper storage of food and supplies.
Support kitchen operations during service to ensure timely and high-quality food preparation.
Assist with physical inventory as directed by the Executive Chef.
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sous Chef or Executive Chef.
Previous line cook or professional kitchen experience preferred.
Strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work as part of a team in a professional kitchen environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift and move kitchen supplies and equipment as needed.

Full-time position.
Shifts may include day, evening, and weekend hours depending on operational needs.
$20.00 – $22.00 per hour depending on experience.
