We are currently seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Mechanic II to join our enthusiastic team at Artman!

Key job responsibilities include:
- Plumbing: Repair and install hot water heaters and garbage disposals as needed.
- Electrical: Replace faulty switches, sockets, plugs, fuses, insulators, and other simple elements of electrical systems, fixtures, and appliances as per work orders.
- Demo and install kitchen cabinets.
- Responsible to drive so as to make deliveries and pick–ups as required.
- Perform snow removal when requested.
Shift Available:
- Full-Time 8:00am-4:30pm with on-call every four weeks.
Education and Experience:
- Trade or vocational school graduate.
- Completed four year apprenticeship or equivalent experience and two years’ commercial experience preferred.
