We are now hiring Experienced Maintenance Technicians- Warehouse
1st Shift: $27.00/hr
2nd Shift: $28.00/hr
Shift Schedule is as follows:
1st Shift: MON - THU: 5:30 AM - 4 PM
2nd Shift: MON - FRI: 4 PM - 12:30 AM
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Detail Oriented
Steel Toes required
Responsibilities:
- Perform emergency and predictive maintenance procedures on electro mechanical conveyor systems.
- Responsible for maintenance and calibration of microprocessor based control equipment, general instrumentation and electrical control systems to carry out first line diagnostic, troubleshooting and maintenance work.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical and control system failures using technical expertise and accepted diagnostic procedures, tests, calibration equipment and instrumentation including CRT terminals.
- Conduct routine and periodic inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of machinery and equipment.
- Manage tasks, projects and priorities with minimal supervision.
- Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
- Working knowledge and demonstrated experience in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of pneumatic control systems, Allen Bradley PLC Systems, process control instrumentation, scanners, robotics and 3 phase (480V) Circuits. Demonstrated knowledge and working experience with motors and conveyor systems.
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical blueprints and schematic diagrams.
- Ability to read and comprehend technical operating and maintenance and repair manuals.
- Ability to safely operate PIVs and aerial lifts
