Senior Recruiter (Remote – Clayton, NC Area Preferred)
Pay Rate: $39.08/hour
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Schedule: Flexible business hours (primarily 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for a fast-paced manufacturing organization. This role will serve as a strategic talent partner, working closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to attract, source, and hire top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake through offer acceptance
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for a variety of professional positions
- Develop recruiting strategies and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and staffing initiatives
- Maintain and manage requisitions within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Track recruiting metrics and provide hiring activity reports
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and recruiting procedures
- Conduct market research and share talent insights with stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); SuccessFactors preferred
- Manufacturing recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement skills
- Experience with recruiting metrics, reporting, and workforce planning
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or commercial recruiting experience is a plus
