Job Overview
We are a residential cleaning referral agency connecting homeowners with experienced independent cleaners. We are currently looking for reliable residential cleaners to take on ongoing and one-time home cleaning jobs in the local area.
This is independent contractor (1099) work. You choose the jobs you accept, and we handle client booking, scheduling, and payment processing.
Requirements
- Must have prior residential cleaning experience
- Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a basic background check
- Must be professional, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Must be comfortable working in occupied residential homes

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all living spaces
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Maintain floors through proper care techniques like carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and stain removal
- Ensure all surfaces are disinfected according to sanitation standards to promote a healthy environment
- Use janitorial and custodial equipment effectively for tasks such as window washing, trash disposal, and deep cleaning
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their preferences and special requests
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled appointments while maintaining high standards of quality
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is highly desirable
- Experience with commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is a plus
- Familiarity with floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and floor polishing
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and janitorial best practices
- Hands-on experience with laundry services and housekeeper management is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to listen attentively and respond professionally
- Previous work involving cooking or meal prep is a nice-to-have but not required
