The opportunity
This is a commission chair paying 40–50% based on your sales each pay period — the more you produce, the higher your tier. $10/hr minimum guaranteed, so you always have a floor while you're building. You keep 100% of your tips. No chair rent, no product fees. We have steady walk-in traffic that helps fill your column while you build your own book, and I support you in growing it — not just throwing you on the floor and hoping.

What you'd actually be doing
Cuts, color, styling, perms, and waxing for a friendly mix of regulars and walk-ins. Consultations matter here — I want stylists who listen first and cut second. Standard salon turnover duties between clients, end-of-day close-out, and being a good teammate to the bathers and front desk.
