Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and bathroom sanitation
- Maintain cleanliness of residential homes by sweeping, trash removal, surface disinfection.
- Execute specialized cleaning tasks to ensure high standards of hygiene and appearance
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously during visits
- Follow safety protocols related to sanitation practices and the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Support management in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance issues
Experience
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred; hotel housekeeping or residential cleaning background highly valued
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including floor care, and sanitation procedures
- Experience with managing household or commercial cleaning routines
- Knowledge of safety standards related to chemical handling and sanitation practices
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Previous experience in hospitality or commercial cleaning environments is a plus
