What You'll Do
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure product quality, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees
- Help manage labor, scheduling, inventory, and food safety compliance
- Hold team members accountable to performance and attendance expectations
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on growth and development
- Step into leadership roles as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Help achieve sales, labor, and operational goals
What We're Looking For
- Open availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous leadership experience in food service, retail, or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Positive attitude with a willingness to lead by example
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
