Prepare and cook a variety of Thai and Asian foods according to established recipes and restaurant standards. Perform tasks such as grilling, frying, sautéing, baking, roasting, and broiling meats, seafood, vegetables, and other ingredients. Ensure proper food preparation, portioning, and presentation to maintain consistent quality. Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, food preparation areas, and cooking equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Store food properly and monitor freshness and product quality. Follow food safety standards, including proper handling, temperature control, and sanitation procedures. Assist with inventory of food supplies and notify management when stock is low. Work as part of a kitchen team to ensure meals are prepared efficiently and served in a timely manner.
Requires two (2) years of experience preparing Thai and Asian cuisine and specialty dishes and two (2) years of experience working in a commercial kitchen utilizing traditional Thai and Asian cooking techniques.
