Job Title:
Crew Member – Ice Cream Store
Job Summary:
We are looking for friendly and energetic crew members to join our team! You’ll create a fun experience for customers while preparing and serving premium ice cream products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare and serve ice cream, shakes, cakes, and other menu items
- Mix ice cream on the stone according to customer orders
- Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of store, workstations, and equipment
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
- Team player with willingness to learn
- No prior experience required (training provided)
