We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic mental health and social services team. Duties
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, and clinical interviews to determine their needs.
- Implement crisis intervention strategies and manage emergency situations with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with the care team that are aligned with clinical documentation standards while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality policies.
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams including medical professionals, educators, and community agencies to support holistic patient well-being.
- Maintain accurate records and document progress notes, care plans, and clinical outcomes diligently.
Requirements
- Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the respective state or jurisdiction.
- Proven experience including motivational interviewing, and behavioral health interventions.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, psychiatric patient care standards, and clinical documentation requirements aligned with HIPAA regulations.
- Experience working with adults and seniors in community settings.
- Proficiency in documentation and data collection.
- Ability to perform comprehensive participant assessments, crisis management, provide clinical supervision, and evidence-based practice implementation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining clinical confidentiality policies.
- Knowledge of working with individuals with disabilities or developmental delays; experience in social work settings is advantageous.
Pay: From $70,304.00 per year
