We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist specializing in the cannabis industry to join our innovative team. Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), social media management, and HR sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee onboarding processes including employee orientation, training & development programs, and initial compliance documentation to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Manage employee evaluation cycles, performance management systems, and succession planning initiatives to promote continuous improvement and career growth.
- Administer benefits programs, workers' compensation claims, and payroll systems such as Solex to maintain accurate data entry and timely processing.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, Cannabis Control Commission and affirmative action planning while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry-specific legal requirements.
- Facilitate employee relations by addressing conflicts with effective conflict management techniques and fostering open communication channels.
- Support change management projects and organization design efforts aligned with strategic planning objectives to enhance workforce management.
- Administer Administrative Tasks as assigned

Skills
- Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices and HRIS platforms.
- Proven experience in FMLA administration, OSHA compliance, and workers' compensation procedures.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple HR initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and leadership levels.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools including ATS systems, along with social media management for talent sourcing.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion while demonstrating strong organizational design capabilities.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
