Role Overview
The Service Writer role responsibility will be writing every estimate that comes through the front door and do their very best to capture the repair. This role requires a strong balance of customer service skills and technical knowledge, ensuring clear communication, accurate estimates, and over the top customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Write estimates and do the very best to capture the repairs.
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone, providing excellent customer service.
- Write detailed repair estimates and translate customer concerns into clear technician instructions.
- Assist in scheduling and managing daily workflow.
- Help dealing with customer concerns
- Call to schedule new DRP assignments
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Service Writer, Advisor, is a must. At least 1 year of experience or more in a collision repair facility.
- Strong ability to explain the repair process and the review of estimates with customers.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Experience using CCC estimating software is a must
- Valid driver’s license.
- Positive attitude and team player.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
