IMMEDIATE HIRE!
Help wanted for a busy and expanding auto repair shop. We are looking to add multiple experienced automotive technicians to our team. Applicants must be seasoned with multiple years of experience. Must be able to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of vehicles independently with minimal instruction and minimal supervision including hybrid/ electric vehicles as well as electrical issues. This is NOT a position for beginners or the unskilled.

Job Requirements:
-Experience as an Automotive Technician/Mechanic
-Strong teamwork skills, team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining our high level of customer service
-Knowledge of shop equipment, wheel and tire alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.
- A fully experienced technician who can diagnose confidently and repair vehicles independently.
- Strong knowledge of all vehicle makes and models.
-Hands- on experience with hybrid/ EV systems (diagnosis, repair, safety procedures) is a PLUS!
-Reliable, efficient and professional
- Someone who takes pride in the repairs they do.
What is required:
- Tools- technicians are responsible for their own tools. (Shop provides lifts, jacks, alignment equipment)
- Valid Drivers License ( you will be responsible for your test drives to complete the repair)
Pay:
- Pay is based on a flat- rate pay structure, commensurate with experience and productivity. Consistent work flow with weekly compensation.
