Your main responsibilities will be to interact with ordering practitioners and their patients both on the phone and in person as well as processing and compounding custom herbal formulas. In addition, your responsibilities will include:
- Compound herbal formulas in various formats.
- Basic office duties including inventory, cleaning, etc.
- Manage the herb and product inventories.
- Cleaning and washing of equipment and surrounding work areas.
Requirements and desired characteristics:
- Good communication skills at multiple levels, both internal/external and multiple formats such as phone, email and face-to-face. English proficiency is a must.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Have a positive attitude and good organizational skills.
- Dependable.
- Able to plan and complete your assigned tasks without being asked.
Hours vary and are around 6h per day minimum and 3 or 4 days a week during our opening hours Monday-Friday 8.30.am-5.00pm.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
