Responsibilities
- Assist in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
- Staff training and development to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise daily activities, including event and catering services and dining room management.
- Execute effective inventory control measures to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Utilize Toast POS systems for efficient transaction processing and reporting.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain a positive reputation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management with a focus on events and casual dining.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Knowledge of Toast POS systems is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Experience in staff training and development is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
