BRW Contracting is seeking a creative, self-motivated Digital Content & Web Developer to help showcase our projects, people, and company culture through engaging visual content. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling, branding, and creating high-quality digital media across multiple platforms.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of branding and maintaining a professional company image
- Experience with video production, editing, and post-production
- Drone License with hands-on drone photography/videography experience
- Front-end development experience with React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS
- Maintain and update the company website, including content, integrations, and routine troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of website performance optimization, SEO best practices, and user experience principles
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and content strategies
- Experience with professional still photography
- Creative mindset with the ability to leverage technology to produce engaging content
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Works efficiently with minimal supervision
- Willing and able to work outdoors approximately 50% of the time in varying weather and jobsite conditions
- Valid driver license with a clean MVR
Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM M-F
**Starting pay is negotiable depending on experience level**
