Job Summary
PaperStreet is seeking a full-time remote Internet Marketing who is detail-oriented, technically minded, and wants to further expand their skills in both SEO and artificial intelligence.
You will support the SEO Manager, Digital Advertising Manager, SEO Link Manager, and SEO Content Manager in executing and monitoring traditional internet marketing campaigns.
Overall, we are looking for someone who is a fast learner, fun to work with, enjoys both marketing and emerging AI tech, and wants to build a long-term career at the intersection of SEO and AI.

In addition to creating websites that are engaging, we also have a knack for getting results. PaperStreet has been designing law firm websites since 2001. Our company has produced over 2,500 custom websites.
Highlights of Main Responsibilities
- SEO Overall – Work on SEO campaigns in the areas of website audits, link building, technical on-page optimization, and analytics.
- Google Ads/Pay-Per-Click – Optimization of Google Ads or other paid advertising campaigns, including ad copy writing (augmented by AI tools), bid strategies, and keyword research.
- SEO Audits – Create and follow website audit checklists for performance improvements.
- Link Building – Updating profiles on directory sites, researching new link-building opportunities, and overall improving clients' backlink profiles.
- Technical On-Page – Technical SEO optimization of websites, including website audits, meta tags, schema markup, rich snippets, and speed improvements.
- Analytics – Setting up, generating, and analyzing Google Analytics and other conversion tracking reports.
Ideally you will know some of the above, but we are willing to train in specific areas.
Requirements
- Experience – 1–2 years of experience in Internet Marketing (agency or in-house) OR equivalent technical experience building/managing AI workflows.
- Core AI Skills – Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering, Chain-of-Thought prompting, LLM Fine-tuning concepts, Model Architecture, Dataset Design & Evaluation, and AI-assisted development.
- Remote work – Must have dedicated office space at home.
- Google Docs – We work heavily in Google Docs and MS Office.
- Degree – College graduate in computer science, information technology, marketing, journalism, English, advertising, or a similar degree.
- Tools & Technical Skills – Experience with basic HTML/CSS. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager; SEO tools such as Moz, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog; and hands-on experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) or developer tools.
Bonus Points
If you happen to know AI prompts, building and evaluating datasets, refining LLM workflows, and utilizing AI-assisted development to supercharge our marketing strategies, then mention that in the interview or cover letter to stand out.
