Commercial Cleaner – Part-Time (Evenings & Weekends)

Stinson Commercial Cleaning Inc is hiring reliable, detail-oriented part-time commercial cleaners for evening and weekend work in the Centennial/Englewood area. We are a growing, locally owned company seeking individuals who can work independently, follow detailed checklists, and consistently deliver high-quality results.
Available Positions
1. Commercial Cleaner – Evening Position
Pay: Starting at $19/hour
(Pay increase incentives available for meeting quality expectations and time constraints per building)
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- Flexible start time: Begin anytime between 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- 20–29 hours per week
Responsibilities Include:
- Restrooms
- Lobbies and common areas
- Garage areas
- Trash removal
- Vacuuming, mopping, and surface wipe-downs
- Securing buildings after cleaning
2. Weekend evening (Start time flexible between 7-9pm)
Pay: $22/hour
(Same performance-based pay increase opportunities as Lead Cleaner)
Schedule Requirements:
- Weekend shifts are mandatory
- Up to 6 hours per night with unpaid 30 min break and paid 10 min break
Requirements (Both Positions)
- Previous commercial cleaning experience highly preferred
- Must be extremely detail-oriented
- Able to follow written directions and cleaning checklists exactly
- High integrity — able to work independently and do the job right without supervision
- Must be reliable, punctual, and honest
- Must have reliable personal transportation
- No buses
- No drop-offs or having someone wait in the parking lot
- Must pass a criminal background check
- No theft, burglary, or violent offenses
