Responsibilities
- Manage the processing of vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation with accuracy and efficiency
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with inventory control and management of dealership or retail stock items
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in person by addressing inquiries professionally
- Support sales activities by maintaining the sales pipeline and coordinating outbound sales efforts
- Handle cashiering duties including processing payments and balancing registers
- Organize and coordinate public speaking or promotional events to enhance dealership visibility
- Maintain organized records of all transactions, inventory movements, and customer interactions
Requirements
- Prior administrative experience or familiarity with dealership or retail sales environments preferred
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking abilities
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes or dealership operations is advantageous
- Experience with inventory management, retail math, and inventory control systems preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Outbound sales experience or familiarity with sales pipeline management is beneficial
- Proficiency in using office software and point-of-sale systems is required
