Construction Project Manager | Energy & Building Performance

We are partnered with a growing Engineering & Construction firm to find a Construction Project Manager as part of a brand new role on the team.
Specializing in energy efficiency, building performance, and facility modernization, the company delivers turnkey projects that transform aging commercial, institutional, and public-sector facilities into high-performing, energy-efficient environments.
By bringing engineering, construction, and commissioning together under one roof, the business eliminates many of the traditional handoffs and inefficiencies associated with conventional project delivery.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants more than traditional construction management. You’ll take ownership of technically complex projects from pre-construction through final commissioning, with significant exposure to mechanical and electrical systems, energy infrastructure, and design-build delivery.
What we’re looking for
- The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven construction project management experience
- Strong pre-construction, budgeting, procurement, buyout, risk analysis, and scope-writing capabilities
- Experience managing subcontractors, contracts, change orders, and project financials
- Advanced ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, safety requirements, and building codes
- Experience with Design-Build and/or Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)
- Commercial, institutional, and/or public-sector construction experience
- Familiarity with energy efficiency, retro-commissioning, building performance, or related technologies would be advantageous, but not essential
- Proficiency with platforms such as Procore, Microsoft Project, Premier, or similar construction/project management software

Pay: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
