J Sterling’s Wellness Spa is expanding across Central Florida, and we’re hiring a Spa Manager to oversee Winter Park and South Orlando locations. We have a loyal client base, a strong local reputation, and a clear growth strategy. This is not a desk job — you’ll drive team performance, client experience, and revenue growth across several high-volume spas.
Whom We're Looking For
You have management experience in a spa, wellness center, or membership-based service environment. You know how to build a team, hold performance accountable, and turn a client’s first visit into a long-term relationship.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations across multiple spa locations
- Manage and coach front desk + therapist teams
- Drive memberships, retention, and upsells
- Ensure 5-star client experience and review growth
- Monitor KPIs (revenue, bookings, conversion rates)
- Recruit, train, and develop staff
- Must be flexible with shifts
- Work 6 days in a week at spa in person
- Maintain 4.9 star rating for spa
- Must be able to help cover shift at any location if needed
Who You Are
- 2+ years managing a spa, salon, or multi-unit retail/service business
- Strong leadership — you can manage multiple teams at once
- Sales-driven mindset (you understand memberships & upsells)
- Organized and accountable — you track numbers, not just vibes
- Comfortable being on-site across locations
Compensation Structure : Base + incentives

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
