Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

An international airline company, operating across multiple international markets and serving a wide network of destinations. The company’s main corporate offices are located outside the United States, with a key commercial office based in Miami‑Dade County, Florida. The team manages regional sales, business development, and client relations for the U.S. market.
Position Overview
The company is seeking a Sales Executive with experience in the travel, tourism, transportation, or related industries. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), results‑driven, and skilled at developing strong business relationships, identifying new opportunities, and promoting the company’s services to both existing and prospective clients.
This role requires a self‑motivated professional with a strong customer focus and the ability to maintain high service standards. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of accounts, developing new business, conducting in‑person sales visits, and representing the company at events, trainings, and meetings. Travel may be required.
Job Qualifications / Education / Knowledge
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales in airline companies o travel industry.
- Strong sales orientation and ability to build profitable business relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and decision‑making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access) and basic computer skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, time management, organizational, planning, and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate information professionally.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Experience in inside and outside sales preferred, with strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
- Highly motivated, positive attitude, and performance‑driven mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Working knowledge of CRS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or Worldspan (Amadeus preferred).
Essential Job Functions (Including but not limited to)
- Conduct industry analysis to identify new developments and business opportunities.
- Generate revenue and strengthen business relationships to secure long‑term commitments.
- Achieve revenue targets by optimizing yield and volume.
- Develop new accounts through networking, cold calling, and other sales tactics.
- Manage and monitor assigned accounts using internal sales analysis tools.
- Track account performance, revenue, and market share; identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct 10 face‑to‑face sales visits per week.
- Analyze competitor activity and its impact on assigned accounts.
- Propose improvement actions and specific opportunities for clients.
- Follow up on proposed actions and measure results.
- Support VIP clients and loyalty program members as needed.
- Investigate lost sales opportunities and build prospect lists.
- Ensure client expectations are met and requests are handled promptly.
- Communicate regularly with clients through trainings, presentations, visits, webinars, and events.
- Identify solutions to obstacles and develop effective corporate/premium sales strategies.
- Review account performance using internal reporting systems and initiate corrective actions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Support campaign proposals, data loading, verification, and client communication.
- Complete administrative tasks such as sales plans, activity reports, expense reports, and client information updates.
- Represent the company at fairs, events, workshops, and industry functions.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Groups, Administration, Marketing, and Direct Sales.
- Perform additional assignments as required.
- Adapt to changes in sales territory or job allocation based on business needs.
