Overview
Champions Volleyball is a growing youth volleyball club serving the ChampionsGate, Four Corners, Davenport, and surrounding Central Florida communities. We are currently seeking an experienced and dependable Club Volleyball Coach to join our coaching staff for the 2026–2027 season.
We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about the game, communicates well with young athletes and families, and can create a competitive, structured, and positive training environment. Our coaches are expected to help athletes develop strong fundamentals, volleyball IQ, discipline, confidence, teamwork, and a competitive mindset.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead organized, purposeful team practices
- Teach and reinforce proper volleyball fundamentals, technique, rotations, and game strategy
- Provide constructive feedback and individual athlete development
- Prepare athletes and teams for tournament competition
- Coach assigned tournaments throughout the club season
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and competitive team environment
- Communicate professionally with athletes, families, and club leadership
- Promote sportsmanship, accountability, teamwork, and respect
- Follow Champions Volleyball policies, expectations, and coaching standards
Qualifications
- Previous volleyball playing and/or coaching experience required
- Club, high school, collegiate, or competitive volleyball experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of volleyball fundamentals, rotations, rules, and game strategy
- Ability to effectively coach and communicate with youth athletes
- Dependable, professional, organized, and team-oriented
- Must be available for scheduled evening practices and assigned tournament weekends
- Must be willing to complete required background screening and applicable coaching certifications

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4.0 – 12.0 per week
