Overview
Join our team as a Non-CDL Truck and Cargo van Driver and become a vital part of our delivery operations. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods using box trucks / Cargo vans and ensuring timely deliveries to our valued customers. Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks and other non-CDL vehicles to deliver goods across designated routes.
- Load and unload cargo using pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and secure placement.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries and pickups.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure safety standards are met.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and delivery records for accountability.
- Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management, stock organization, and preparing shipments for dispatch.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices at all times.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving or courier services is preferred.
- Prior delivery driver experience, especially with box trucks or similar vehicles.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks related to moving and loading cargo.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification is a plus).
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
