Job Title: Part-Time Parking Lot Attendant

Hours: 12-25 hours a week, some Saturday shifts required

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and friendly Part-Time Parking Lot Attendant to join our team. In this customer-facing role, you’ll be responsible for collecting payments from hourly and monthly parkers, issuing parking passes, and assisting with general customer service. This role also involves working special events held at the Merrill Auditorium on evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately calculate and collect hourly parking fees
- Process payments and issue monthly parking passes
- Maintain paperwork for all transactions during shift
- Assist customers with monthly sign-ups and general inquiries
- Provide support during Merrill Auditorium events
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional demeanor and customer-first attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable and trustworthy with strong attention to detail
- Experience handling cash and managing receipts
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
