Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Superior Builders Group Inc is seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Construction Project Manager to join our team. While some travel and infield work may be necessary this position will mainly be in the office. Meaning office knowledge and etiquette are a must.
We're seeking a positive, outgoing, and organized individual with a passion for construction and a knack for problem-solving. While knowledge of construction and computer skills are very important, we value common sense and a can-do attitude. The ability to do in the field trouble shooting, travel between job sites and communicate eloquently to the client.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a team.
Job responsibilities include acquiring, managing and scheduling subcontractors. Ensuring quality control standards are met, conducting reconnaissance for potential new jobs, sourcing material, and putting together proposals. Some travel is required.
This position comes with some perks as well. Upon hire a take-home company vehicle, gas card and expense account will be provided. There is absolutely room for growth in this position.
