Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for HealthLinc Community Health Center in Mishawaka, Indiana.
COMPENSATION

Base salary starting at $220,000 based on experience.

Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000.

POSITION OVERVIEW
-
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.
-
Manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, preventive care, and wellness services.
-
Practice within an integrated care model alongside behavioral health, nutrition, and support services.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical guideline development.

Teach and mentor medical residents and students as part of an established learning environment.

Deliver patient-centered care within a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center.

Requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

Board Certified in Family Medicine.

Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Eligible for Indiana medical licensure.

Current or eligible DEA registration.

Commitment to serving underserved patient populations.
