JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Additive Manufacturing Technician you will be one of the pillars of our production team: the person who keeps all machines running and performs a wide range of production tasks. Together, we ensure that—even at night and during weekends, when the machines continue running automatically—we produce 3D‑printed products of the highest quality. Your workdays will be very diverse, ranging from operating machines and equipment to finishing 3D‑printed products.
YOUR TASKS
➔ Operating and setup of various types of 3D printers
➔ Operating and setup of CNC mills, Wire EDM and other machines for mechanical post‑processing
➔ Manually finishing 3D‑printed products (deburring, sanding/polishing, sandblasting)
➔ Supporting cleaning (in ultrasonic baths) and packaging 3D‑printed parts
➔ Performing preventive maintenance on machines and the general production environment
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
➔ Keeping the production machines running so the production schedule can be followed as closely as possible
➔ Performing other production tasks (CNC machining, wire EDM, manual finishing, cleaning, laser marking, packaging) according to the production schedule
➔ Proposing improvements to processes and working methods
➔ Performing all tasks in line with the requirements of the quality system
YOUR PROFILE
➔ You have basic knowledge of how production machines and equipment work
➔ Experience in a production environment and/or a regulated industry is a plus
➔ You value order and cleanliness and have an eye for detail
➔ You are occasionally willing to be on stand‑by, outside normal working hours to resolve (small) machine issues and/or (re)start machines
➔ You have an eye for work and potential improvements
➔ Following guidelines and procedures comes naturally to you
