Our Fremont-based office serves the greater community with easy telecommunications services that enhance their everyday lives. We do this by working with our client, AT&T, to leverage the most up-to-date technology, products, and services. We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team and utilize entry-level sales and communication skills to provide excellent customer service to local consumers. This entry-level Sales Assistant role includes developing client knowledge and working with the sales and management teams to build effective campaigns.
As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for engaging customers, presenting effective telecommunications solutions, and completing sales initiatives. While this is a competitive entry-level role, all Sales Assistants are given the proper information and training to succeed both independently and as part of the team.
Responsibilities of the Sales Assistant:
- Connect with customers in the local community to provide information on client products, services, and sales promotions
- Provide excellent customer service through answering questions, offering solutions, and connecting customers with additional client representatives if necessary
- Learn key information about AT&T practices and protocols to adapt to potential sales opportunities
- Build on entry-level Sales Assistant skills to create more effective and in-depth sales campaigns
- Develop market knowledge through in-person experience with local consumers and neighborhoods to utilize in future sales opportunities
- Attend and contribute to entry-level meetings with other Sales Assistants and client management personnel
Qualities of the Sales Assistant:
- Entry-level knowledge of or experience with customer service, sales, telecommunications, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with independent work and collaboration with the Sales Assistant team
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt given proper entry-level training
- Energy and competitiveness to succeed past the entry-level Sales Assistant role

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
