Line Cook / Prep Cook — 1817 Taqueria
$17.00 – $19.00 per hour | Part-time & Full-time | University of Tennessee Campus, Knoxville
1817 Taqueria is a high-volume taqueria on the UT campus, and we're building out our kitchen crew. You'll cook proteins, prep salsas and sides, and build tacos and bowls to order while keeping a fast line moving through the lunch rush. It's real cooking, not assembly.
Positions available: Line Cook, Prep Cook, Dishwasher, Utility
What the job looks like:

Run your station from open to close and keep it stocked and clean
- Cook to our recipes and hold quality steady when volume spikes
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Step in wherever the team needs you during a rush

- Kitchen experience is a plus, not a requirement. We train.
