We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! In this energetic role, you will engage with potential customers, promote our waterproofing services, and build lasting relationships. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while making a tangible difference in homeowners’ lives. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive success as you introduce our solutions to new clients. Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach
- Present our offer of a FREE basement inspection clearly and confidently to homeowners
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using appointment administration tools
- Collaborate with the manager of the department to identify new sales opportunities and improve outreach strategies
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and concerns
- Support administration tasks related to client accounts when necessary
Experience
- Previous experience in outside sales or retail sales is a plus but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging a broader customer base
- Basic analysis skills to evaluate customer feedback for continuous improvement
- Familiarity with marketing strategies is advantageous but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills with an energetic approach to engaging potential clients
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment

Pay: $30,240.00 - $95,000.00 per year
