DIEZX Fueling is a growing fuel and DEF delivery company serving the NYC metro area — all five boroughs, Long Island, Northern & Central New Jersey, and the Lower Hudson Valley. We are a fast growing company, we pay well, and we treat our salespeople like partners — not employees.
We're now hiring an experienced outside sales rep to build a real book of business across multiple high-volume sectors.
This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone who already knows how to walk onto a job site, find the decision-maker, and close a deal.
Who You'll Be Selling To
- Construction sites with on-site fuel needs (generators, light towers, compressors, excavators)
- Fleet fueling accounts — anyone running 7-500 vehicles that needs reliable on-site or wet-hose fueling
- Equipment rental Companies and yards and contractors
- Building management companies with heating oil tanks
- Generator users (data centers, hospitals, telecom, standby power)
- Industrial facilities, cold storage, food distribution
- Commercial real estate, property managers, and co-op buildings
What You'll Be Doing
- Hunting new accounts in the field every day
- Building relationships with operations managers, facility directors, equipment supers, fleet managers, and business owners
- Managing the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract
- Maintaining and growing existing accounts
- Working closely with the owner and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years outside sales experience selling to construction, industrial, fleet, or commercial accounts
- Comfortable cold-calling, walking into job sites, and talking to decision-makers in the field
- Bonus points if you have existing relationships in the equipment rental, fuel, construction, fleet, or commercial real estate space
- Self-motivated — we don't micromanage, but we expect results
- Hardworking, and willing to put in the hours to build something real

What You'll Get
- Competitive base salary ($60,000–$85,000 depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission on gross margin — your earning potential is unlimited. Our top performers can realistically earn well over $350K per year, with no ceiling for the right person who builds a strong book of business.
