Zeppelin Cleaning Services is locally owned and trusted by over 1,700 five-star Google reviews. In business since 2007, we’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a Business Development Representative who’s ready to help us scale.
This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be in the field every day building relationships with plumbers, HVAC companies, insurance agents, real estate professionals, and property managers across Metro Detroit. You’ll focus heavily on mitigation/water damage restoration sales, Air Duct Cleaning, Fire Restoration and Mold Remediation.
We’re looking for someone organized, consistent, and confident — a true hunter who thrives on activity and follow-up. This is a highly structured sales position.
What you’ll do:
- Generate leads through in-person visits, calls, emails, and events.
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships.
- Represent Zeppelin with professionalism and grit.
- Attend community and networking events, including some after hours.
What you bring:
- Proven outside sales experience (industry experience a plus).
- Self-motivation, organization, and accountability.
- A results-driven mindset and desire to grow.

Projected Total Compensation: $50,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
