- Manage a portfolio of 25+ city and state government grants and contracts
- Ensure timely completion of budgets, financial reports, renewals, and compliance requirements
- Serve as the primary liaison with government funders and contract agencies
- Maintain and oversee submissions through PASSPort, SFS, CFRS, and related systems
- Support and guide analysts on contract administration and reporting activities
- Identify and implement process improvements across grants and contracts operations
- Experience managing government grants and contracts within a nonprofit environment
- Strong knowledge of OPWDD, DOHMH, DYCD, OMH, or similar NYC/NY State funding sources
- Hands-on expertise with PASSPort, SFS, CFRS, and related government reporting systems
- Experience with grant compliance, budgeting, financial reporting, and funder communications
