Location: Houston, Texas. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll work closely with our litigation team in a collaborative office environment.
Note: Applicants must be licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar, be fluent in both English and Spanish, and have at least 2 years of personal injury litigation experience.

Job Description
- Manage a personal injury litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
- Meet with clients, build trust, and provide compassionate legal guidance throughout the litigation process.
- Evaluate claims and develop effective litigation strategies.
- Negotiate with insurance carriers to achieve favorable settlements.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
- Conduct depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and strategy.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to achieve outstanding client outcomes.
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
- 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Strong negotiation and client communication skills.
- Experience evaluating personal injury claims.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and team focused.
