Position Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving new business growth by converting qualified opportunities into long-term client relationships. Leveraging AI-powered sales technology, including website visitor tracking, buyer intent data, and automated outreach, this role combines proactive prospecting with consultative selling to build relationships, conduct discovery meetings, present tailored solutions, negotiate agreements, and consistently close new business. The Sales Manager is ultimately accountable for revenue generation, pipeline growth, and client acquisition.
Sales Prospecting & Engagement
· Conduct outbound phone calls to qualified prospects generated through website visitor tracking, buyer intent monitoring, referrals, marketing campaigns, networking, and strategic research.
· Personally engage prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings to build relationships and schedule discovery conversations.
· Follow up on AI-generated opportunities using a multi-touch outreach strategy designed to maximize response rates.
· Maintain consistent outbound activity to ensure a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
· Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting when appropriate.
Discovery, Solution Design & Closing
· Conduct consultative discovery meetings with prospective clients.
· Handle objections related to pricing, contingency fees, legal process, timing, and implementation.
· Negotiate agreements and consistently close new business.
· Ensure a seamless transition to Operations following contract execution.
AI & Technology Utilization
· Monitor website visitor intelligence to identify companies researching our services.
· Monitor buyer intent signals to prioritize outreach.
· Leverage AI-generated company research before every sales interaction.
· Utilize automated email and LinkedIn sequences to warm prospects before direct engagement.
· Provide feedback that improves AI prompts, workflows, and sales automation.
Pipeline Management
· Own every opportunity from qualification through signed agreement.
· Maintain CRM accuracy and revenue forecasts.
· Execute timely follow-up and reduce stalled opportunities.
· Maintain healthy pipeline coverage and accurate reporting.
Client Growth
· Secure recurring portfolio placements.
· Expand existing client relationships.
· Generate referrals and long-term strategic partnerships.

This position offers an uncapped commission plan beginning at 6% of the company's net revenue generated from new client relationships secured by the Sales Manager. Additional performance incentives are available based on revenue production, recurring client growth, and overall performance.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
