Responsibilities include:
- Assist with meal service
- Conduct detailed cleaning of kitchen
- Serve on tray line
- Monitor food safety procedures and equipment cleanliness
- Maintain adequate dietary supply levels
- Clean trays, dishware, and dishes
- All other duties as assigned
