Refined Mountain Dining Experience
Monte is seeking experienced, responsible, and hospitality-driven servers to join our team.
This is not a traditional restaurant position. Monte is a precision-driven dining experience where professionalism, discipline, and guest care are essential.
Requirements
– Minimum 1 year restaurant experience (fine dining preferred)
– Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism
– Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
– Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
– Professional appearance and positive attitude
– Wine and cocktail knowledge preferred
– Ability to stand and move for extended periods
Duties & Responsibilities
– Provide refined and attentive guest service throughout the dining experience
– Maintain deep knowledge of Monte’s menus, ingredients, and culinary philosophy
– Guide guests through tasting menus, beverages, and dining experience details
– Assist with wine, cocktail, and beverage service
– Perform proper table maintenance and service sequencing
– Prepare and maintain dining room setup before, during, and after service
– Polish and maintain glassware, flatware, and service equipment to Monte standards
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
– Support teammates and communicate effectively with kitchen and FOH staff
– Follow opening, service, and closing procedures with consistency and precision
– Help create a warm, memorable, and professional guest experience
