What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, badge verification, and other security-related policies at an aero and defense location.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, sensitive materials, and controlled spaces.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including interior spaces, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations, while reporting unusual activity and security-related concerns.

Maintain accurate logs, visitor records, and incident reports, and support screening processes for deliveries, vehicles, and personnel entering and leaving the location.
Minimum Requirements:

A guard card and/or license is preferred.

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
