Vacation Rental Housekeeper – Flexible Availability Required
DreamStay is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented housekeeper with flexible availability throughout the week. Because our cleaning schedule is based on guest checkouts, scheduled days will vary, and most weekends will be required. This is a part-time position, and employees will not typically work seven days per week. Most shifts take place during daytime turnover hours between approximately 10:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
What you will do
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Make beds and replace towels and linens
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and remove trash
- Restock coffee, toiletries, paper products, and guest supplies
- Follow property-specific cleaning checklists
- Inspect the property for damage, missing items, or maintenance concerns
- Take and submit completion photos
- Communicate promptly with the housekeeping and management team
- Help create a clean, welcoming, guest-ready experience
What we are looking for
- Reliable and consistently available for scheduled shifts and availible most weekends
- Strong attention to detail and pride in completed work
- Ability to work independently and complete turnovers on time
- Reliable transportation between properties in the Muskegon area
- Ability to bend, lift, climb stairs, and remain active throughout the shift
- Smartphone access for schedules, checklists, and photos
- Previous hotel, vacation-rental, residential, or professional cleaning experience is preferred, but we will train the right person

Schedule and availability
- Part-time, variable schedule based on guest departures
- Availability needed Monday through Sunday
- Must be able to work most weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays
- Most shifts occur between approximately 10:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- Employees are not expected to work seven days every week
- Weekly hours will vary with occupancy and reservations
- Additional hours may be available during peak season
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 25.0 per week
