JOB DESCRIPTION:
Nutrishop is looking for a motivated, energetic, and outgoing In-Store Sales Representative to join our team! We are looking for someone passionate about fitness, health, supplements, and helping people reach their goals. This position involves assisting customers in-store, educating them on products, creating relationships with clients, and helping grow the Nutrishop brand within the community.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Recommend supplements/products based on customer goals
- Build relationships with members and create repeat customers
- Help drive sales and promote monthly specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and product displays
- Participate in demos, events, and community outreach
- Create social media content when needed to help promote the brand
- Stay educated on supplements, ingredients, and fitness trends
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the Nutrishop brand positively
Requirements:
- Must be available Monday–Sunday (hours will vary)
- Knowledge or interest in the fitness and supplement industry
- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Outgoing personality with a positive attitude
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Comfortable approaching and talking to customers
- Must work well in a team environment
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation
Preferred Qualities:
- Experience in gyms, fitness coaching, sports, or supplements
- Comfortable on camera/social media
- Leadership mindset and willingness to grow within the company

Pay:
Based on experience + opportunities for growth within the company.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
