Gaido’s Seaside Inn is looking for a hardworking and motivated laundry attendant who will assist with keeping our hotel rooms clean and comfortable for our guests.
Responsibilities:

Wash, dry, and fold all linen daily

Operation of washers and dryers

Prepare linen baskets in the morning before housekeepers arrive at 10am

Maintain laundry room cleanliness in down time

Properly maintain shelves with cleaning supplies and linen

Assist fellow laundry attendants with unloading and loading washer and dryers

Update laundry lists and record any products that are missing or broken
Requirements:

Previous experience as a laundry attendant or a similar position preferred
- Knowledge and experience with cleaning supplies

Knowledge of stain removal

Excellent time management skills

Must be available to work weekdays, weekends and holidays

Strong attention to detail

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Must be able to walk up and down stairs. There is NO elevator on premises
