What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome every guest with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
- Create a fun, friendly, and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out
- Manage reservations, calls, and guest profiles using our booking system
- Handle POS transactions and payments accurately
- Educate guests about services, memberships, packages, and retail products
- Confidently recommend products and services that fit each guest's needs
- Help achieve center goals for memberships, rebooking, retail, and sales
- Keep the front desk and lobby clean, polished, organized, and guest-ready
- Support your teammates and help keep the center running smoothly

Previous front desk, retail, hospitality, salon, spa, beauty, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but we provide paid training for candidates with the right attitude, reliability, communication skills, and sales potential.
