Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Metrology Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the precision and accuracy of measurement systems used throughout our manufacturing processes. Your expertise will support quality assurance, compliance with industry standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality pharmaceutical production by maintaining rigorous metrology practices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may
be assigned.
- Establish and maintain calibration procedures.
- Coordinate with all departments to complete calibrations per schedule.
- Perform instrument calibrations.
- Qualify and coordinate outside calibration sources.
- Analyze and resolve problems during instrument calibration.
- Complete calibration reports.
- Review the calibration report performed by outside vendor.
- Maintain calibration standards and recommend changes in working condition and use of standards to increase the calibration efficiency and accuracy.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in mechanical or electrical engineering, or four to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
