Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Generalist to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and productive workplace environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. This role offers an opportunity to shape HR strategies that support our mission of delivering exceptional care while ensuring adherence to employment laws and best practices.
Duties
- Lead healthcare employee recruiting efforts through effective sourcing strategies to attract top candidates.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
- Manage performance management processes including employee evaluations, coaching, and development plans to foster continuous improvement.
- Administer benefits programs, handle workers' compensation claims with transparency and accuracy.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and employee relations initiatives that promote a respectful work environment.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, HR program management, and change management initiatives.
Experience
- Proven track record in human resources management within healthcare or service-oriented industries.
- Supervising experience with demonstrated ability to lead HR teams effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, FMLA regulations, OSHA standards, and benefits administration.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
