This is a part-time job. 20-25 hours per week. We are flexible as to how to split the hours but must work at least 3 days per week.
We are an established and respected personal injury law firm in Florida with a small office in Apopka. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated fully bilingual (English/Spanish) professional to join our team. Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have experience handling both litigation and pre-suit personal injury matters, including:
- E-filing court documents
- Drafting and responding to discovery
- Managing attorney calendar and case deadlines
- Scheduling depositions, mediations, hearings, and other case events
- Assisting with trial preparation
- Managing a small litigation caseload (25 files)
Qualifications
- Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Minimum 1 year of personal injury litigation experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
