Candidates with a strong background in Inside Sales, organization, medical sales are encouraged to apply as well. The ideal candidate will possess/or be:
- Customer service driven

- Be dedicated enough to study optical guidelines and basics at home and have the ability to apply that knowledge in the work setting
- The ability to multitask
SOME responsibilities may be:
- Greet patients upon entering
- Work with patient’s insurance companies to make sure their proper benefits are applied
- Dispense, fit and adjust eyewear properly
- Prepare patients records for the doctors
- Check the status of orders and notify patients when orders are ready to be picked up
- Verify insurance and apply proper billing practices
- Scan documents and/or charts
