Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Guide guests through the menu and make food and beverage recommendations.
- Accurately take and enter orders.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain clean and organized tables and workstations.
- Anticipate guests’ needs and provide outstanding customer service.
- Work closely with the kitchen and fellow team members to ensure smooth service.
- Follow all restaurant policies, service standards, and food safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
